​From 1st January 2021, Brexit will change the process of orders and deliveries to countries within the EU.  It is important to note that there may be further charges to pay on orders over the value of £135.00 excluding VAT and including delivery.

'Delivered at Place’ (DAP) has been implemented for international deliveries into the EU member states. 'Delivered at Place’ (DAP) is where the customer is liable to pay the VAT and customs duty for importation. This would typically be collected by the courier or national postal service and goods will be withheld until payment is received.

Orders purchased by customers from the EU with orders delivered to an EU member state do not pay UK VAT. VAT will be 0% rated on net order total and delivery. ​

It is recommended EU customers purchasing from Artist Surfaces have an EROI number if they are purchasing on behalf of a business. This in order to clear customs.
