Panel is sized with Caparol-Binder and flatted between each coat to give a smooth surface. Caparol‐Binder is a high‐grade synthetic resin dispersion binder and is PH neutral which will not bio degrade over time like Rabbit Skin glue. It is a transparent size suitable for Acrylic and Oil painting.
