International Delivery

International delivery from the UK is available by quotation only. Shipping costs for overseas orders vary significantly depending on destination, item size, weight, and packaging requirements. For this reason, international shipping charges are not calculated automatically at checkout.

To request an international delivery quote, please contact us with details of the items you wish to order and your full delivery address. We will assess the most suitable courier or freight option and provide a tailored quote prior to order confirmation.

Please note that international orders are supplied exclusive of UK VAT. However, local import VAT, customs duties, and clearance fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our delivery quotes.​​​​

Packaging, Crating & Additional Protection

  • Many of our products, particularly bespoke panels, large-format surfaces require enhanced packaging for international transit. International shipments are subject to multiple handling stages, longer transit times, and higher risk of impact or compression compared to domestic deliveries.​

  • Where necessary, additional packaging or crating may be required to ensure goods arrive safely.​​

Crating and Extra Packaging Options

Depending on the size, weight, and fragility of your order, the following may apply:

  • Custom wooden crating built to size for large or high-value panels

  • Reinforced edge and corner protection for rigid or flat surfaces

  • Foam, protective wrapping, and double-wall boxing for impact resistance

  • Palletised packing for oversized or heavy shipments to allow safe mechanical handling

  • Any required crating or specialist packaging will be quoted separately and clearly itemised as part of your international delivery quote.
